Campbell Ringel Funeral Director
Campbell Ringel is a New Yorker by birth and a Texan by choice. At age eight Campbell’s family moved to Lubbock, Texas, and she has had a special place in her heart for this beautiful state ever since. After graduating from NYU with a BFA in drama Campbell spent over a decade designing and creating costumes and lighting for theater, film, and print. After years of missing the wonderful people, landscape, and sunsets of Texas, Campbell convinced her husband to pack up and settle down in the great city of Austin. Campbell has always had a passion for nature, plants, and gardening. While spending time with her parents in Sugar Land, Texas, Campbell attended the Fort Bend County Master Gardeners program learning the building blocks of earth-kind landscaping practices. After moving to Austin she used those skills and improved on them at The Natural Gardener. Through kismet forces, Campbell was introduced to natural burial and found her true passion and calling in caring for families with Austin Natural Funerals. Since beginning this journey Campbell has plunged herself into studying the history and future of death care. She graduated from Amarillo College as an honor roll student in 2019 and is incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to serve families through one of life's most difficult trials. When not at work, Jenn enjoys relaxing and laughing with family and friends, spending time in nature, and cuddling with her two dogs.
